Use the up and down keys to guide the sled. and enter to drop a present. Drop presents into chemneys of regular houses and hospitals, but do not give any presents to evil satanists (their houses are recognizable by having occult symbols drawn on the walls).
You have a limited amount of time, but whenever you give a present to someone who deserves it, you gain some more.
